RACE KIT AND BIB NUMBER PICK-UP: location and timing will be announced later.
Race meeting, obligatory for all participants and accompanying teams: location and timing will be announced later.

Inspection of the race course will take place on Friday, January 17th, between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. As the inspection will happen during regular operating hours of the ski slope, we ask that the participants abide by the general safety instructions and rules of conduct for skiers and snowboarders (link to the rules) in order not to endanger themselves or other skiers on the slopes.

Test run on the race course will take place on Friday, January 17th, between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. The ski slope will be closed for public.

If the qualifying competition is required, the inspection of the course and the test run will take place on Thursday, January 16th at the same timings as mentioned above.

THURSDAY, January 16th 2020

7:30 p.m. – start of qualifying race 1
10:00 p.m. – start of qualifying race 2
0:30 a.m. – start of qualifying race 3

DEPARTURE TO START: 30 min before the starting time of each qualifying group

FRIDAY, January 17th 2020

9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. – inspection of the course
1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. – test run
6:45 p.m. until 7:45 p.m. – exhibition event
8:00 p.m. until approximately 8:10 a.m. (Saturday, January 18th 2020) – DOWNHILKA 12h challenge 2020 finale

SATURDAY, January 18th 2020

8:30 a.m. – breakfast of champions (for all registered participants of the DH 12h challenge 2020, VIP guests, staff)
9:30 a.m. (10:00 a.m.) – winner announcement and award ceremony
